Because Woolf Counseling, LLC is a Christian counseling practice, the following is our statement of beliefs:

• We believe the Bible is God’s Word, without error and the final authority for life.

• We believe God is the Creator of all things.

• We believe Jesus Christ is God’s Son, born of the Virgin Mary, and that He died on the cross for our sins and arose bodily from the grave three days later.

• We believe the Holy Spirit lives within all who have received Jesus Christ by faith and that He empowers them to live according to God’s Word.

• We believe every person is separated from God because of sin and needs the Savior, Jesus Christ.

• We believe God saves us by His grace and not by our works.

• We believe the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses from all sin.

• We believe Jesus Christ is going to return to this earth soon and set up His Kingdom.

• We believe that when we die our souls and spirits will go to be with God until our bodies are resurrected.

• We believe all who have received Christ by faith make up the Church and the Church is God’s family, the Bride of Christ.

• We believe that marriage is God’s gift to humans and was designed by Him to be between one man and one woman.

• We believe that God’s will is for all sexual behavior to be between a husband and wife in marriage.

• We believe that God loves homosexuals but that homosexual behavior is a sin uniformly condemned in the Bible.

• We believe that God created men and women to uniquely complement one another in their roles.

• We believe that water baptism and the Lord’s Supper are special privileges for those in God’s family.
